Adoption Leave

If an employee adopts a child they are permitted the same leave entitlements as in the case of maternity leave and additional maternity leave.

The Equal Pay Act, 1970, entitled men and women to be paid the same amount or work rated as equivalent.

Frustration Of a Contract

The circumstance where a contract is terminated due to becoming unmanageable or outside the control of either party.
