Adoption Leave
If an employee adopts a child they are permitted the same leave entitlements as in the case of maternity leave and additional maternity leave.
Breach
A breach is an invasion of a statutory right or a violation of a duty or obligation.

The circumstance where a contract is terminated due to becoming unmanageable or outside the control of either party.
