Policy on Data Protection

Data Protection Act 1998 and Personal Information.

We will only use the personal information you supply us with in order that we may offer you a professional legal service, as instructed by you.

When RMA Law collects information from you, we promise to process it according to the rules as laid down in the Data Protection Act 1998. We promise to securely hold your personal details and not to disclose them to anyone else. The only third party who would see them would be a qualified Solicitor in order that he/she may contact you about your legal enquiry. Your personal details will only be released if they are thought to be legally necessary, or in order that regulations and legal processes are complied with. RMA Law might also need to hand over details to provide any service that you have instructed us to. On all of these occasions, RMA Law will advise you first.

RMA Law customers are entitled, under the Data Protection Act 1998, to see any personal details we hold about you. If you wish to inspect your file, just write to us, with details about your request, to:
