Legal Enquiry Submissions.
When you submit an enquiry through the quick form in this site, we validate the entry that your legal enquiry contains the minimum information that a solicitor will require to identify who you are, where you are, how to contact you and the nature of your enquiry.
This process depends on several factors, such as:
- if there a local solicitor who can deal with your enquiry?
- Have you provided enough information in the enquiry description?
- have you given clear contact details?
- Have you identified your local area with a valid postcode?
If you have complied with the above submission requirements, your legal enquiry will be picked up from the clearing house, within 24 hours and passed directly to the most appropriate solicitor's firm with the details you have enclosed.
We have recommended to our network panel of employment law solicitor firms that they review any enquiries on the same day of receipt and attempt to contact the named enquirer. Please note however, that it is not always possible for this to happen due to court appearances, annual leave, previous appointments or sickness. We would suggest that if you have not heard back within five days, that you should contact our office with your reference number.
After you have been contacted by a solicitor, you may be asked to arrange a visit to the solicitor's office or if contacted by e-mail, to arrange a convenient time for a conference phone call, in both circumstances, to fully discuss the details of your case. After your meeting or discussion, your solicitor may require more information on the case and will advise you on the next steps.
